Payment

The following information applies to all trips except Private & Exclusive bookings, which have unique policies.  

Deposits

To confirm your space, a non-refundable 20% deposit of your estimated trip cost* is due at the time of booking. We accept American Express, MasterCard, or VISA. 

*based on double-occupancy 


For your peace of mind and to avoid any financial hardship that an unexpected cancellation, interruption or medical emergency could cause, we strongly recommend contacting Uniglobe Specialty Travel. There may be an added benefit if you purchase your policy within 72 hours of making your initial deposit. 


Final payment

Final payment is due 12 weeks prior to your trip start date. 

To make your final payment, please call our Banff Office or contact your local CMH representative. 

We accept American Express, MasterCard, or VISA, cheque or bank wire transfer. 

Be sure that transfer instructions and/or cheques include your name and trip details. Please note we do not hold your credit card information on file from previous transactions without your permission. If we have tokenized your credit card information, we will not charge it unless we have your written or verbal consent to do so. USD cheques and wires are converted to Canadian Dollars at the current daily exchange rate on the date of receipt. All prices are quoted and charged in Canadian Dollars and are subject to change. 


Referral bonus

If you bring a new skier to CMH, we feel your efforts deserve recognition!

You may qualify for a Referral Bonus if you have previously skied or hiked with CMH and introduce a first-time Heli-Skier or Heli-Hiker to our programs. This program requires that you notify us of who your new guest is before the trip starts. Learn more about the program
